olympic hub of False Creek, Downtown. Here you
will find:
* BC Place
> opening, closing, and nightly ceremonies
* Vancouver Hockey Place / Canada Place
> the central hockey arena
* Olympic & Paralympic Village
> olympic guest housing area
From Cottonwood, False Creek is only a 5 minute
drive or a bus ride directly from each home, or a
beautiful 20 minute walk through Strathcona. From
Eagle's Nest, False Creek is about 30 minutes to
drive, and about 45 minutes by bus.
